Here at Bolton Cares we’re looking for skilled admin employees to support our operations team. As a CQC rated ‘Good’ organisation your role will be crucial in keeping up our excellent standards.
You will work to the Operations Manager in a dedicated service area, undertaking administrative processes to ensure that services are compliant. Some of your tasks will include processing DBS checks, completing driver checks, processing holiday requests, collating service data.
You will also provide vital support by collecting and collating information for internal and external monitoring and reporting purposes, such as maintaining registers of care hours for contract monitoring.
We’d also like you to be integral in sharing good news stories from your service area and updating the website and service guides.

The service area you will work in will be Extra Care Housing. This service operates in Housing Association schemes across Bolton, providing essential care and support to the older people that live there.
The skills you will require for this post include: -
• Excellent communications skills
• Great team player
• Good at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
• Skilled in utilising creative problem solving skills
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and able to work on IT systems
• Good numeracy skills
• Good English skills
• Knowledge of the care sector would be an advantage but is not essential
• NVQ Administration Level 2 qualification or equivalent an advantage.
• Interested in developing your skills further
This is an integral role in our operations delivery and is central to the success of the smooth running of services.
