If so we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivational team leader to join our Extra Care team.  Working within and promoting Bolton Cares values you will strive to create a positive, open and ‘can do’ culture.

Please note: This position has been designated an essential car user post and experience in extra or domiciliary care is required for this role. 

Having a positive outlook, flexible approach and a genuine interest in understanding the needs of older people is a must.

 
As a key member, you will lead the Extra Care teams and assist them to deliver support in a modern way and will be responsible for supporting the manager in overseeing the day to day operations of services.   

Based at one scheme, you will be the first point of contact for that scheme, your role will include attending reviews, supporting and supervising staff and engaging in care delivery.

You will need to be a strong team player, passionate about supporting people with a range of needs, and willing to go the extra mile. An excellent communicator, you will strive to build strong, empowering relationships with the people we support.
