Leader of Learning Key Stage Two

The Governors at Washacre Primary School are seeking to appoint a Key Stage Two Leader of Learning to work effectively as a member of the Middle Management Team and as Class Teacher as part of our Key Stage Two team.  

The candidate needs to:-

·    Be an active member of the Middle Management Team;

·    Lead, manage and support staff in Key Stage Two;

·    Have a clear understanding and knowledge of raising standards for children;

·    Be committed to raising standards;

·    Be able to work alongside and liaise with outside agencies;

·    Have experience of whole class teaching in Key Stage Two;

·    Have high expectations for all children;

·    Work as part of an effective team;

·    Be an outstanding practitioner;

·    Be prepared to contribute to all aspects of school life;

·    Be committed to delivering a creative and enriched curriculum
