Bolton Council is seeking to appoint three Special Educational Needs and Disability Conversion Officers (EHCP Conversions) Grade 8 (£29,033 - £32,164pa) 37 hours per week on a 12 month fixed term contract 

The posts are required to help with the implementation of the SEND Reforms and the new SEN Code of Practice.

This is an exciting time to join Bolton Council’s Special Educational Needs and Disability Service. Additional capacity has been in place since September 2014 in order to implement the new SEN Code of Practice but in order to ensure that the April 2018 deadline is met additional capacity is required. The focus of this work is the conversion of Statements to Education, Health and Care Plans through the use of person centred annual reviews. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and highly organised individual who is able to work independently and manage a busy workload.

Applicants should have a good understanding of SEN legislation.
