COVER/EDUCATIONAL VISITS AND EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR

 

The Governors wish to appoint the above to join our team.  The successful candidate will have
worked in a school in a similar capacity and  have SIMS experience. It is important that you
can work effectively in a team.

Bolton Muslim Girls’ School became an Academy on 1st September 2016 and has 600 learners.  It is one of the highest attaining schools in Bolton, being judged by Ofsted in June 2013 as being ‘outstanding in all areas’.

• The main purpose of the role is to co-ordinate the daily cover requirements of the school ensuring that curriculum requirements are met and resources are deployed efficiently.

• To co-ordinate, plan and organize all educational visits and events.

• To co-ordinate and organise the school diary and calendar ensuring effective planning to meet school requirements.

In addition the school provides an excellent programme of professional development for staff at all stages in their careers.

Hours of work are 37 hours per week. Term Time + 2 weeks.

 7.30a.m. – 4.00p.m. Monday – Thursday, 7.30a.m. – 12.30p.m. on Friday

 Grade 5 SCP 21-25 (£20,138 - £22,658)

 Closing date for applications: Friday 29th September 2017 at 12.30p.m.
