Start Date: 4th October 2021
Salary: Grade E      Actual Salary: £15,973.


Contract: Fixed Term 1 year
Working Hours: 32.5 hours Term Time only   8.30 am–3.30 pm

 

The Governors of St Bernard’s Primary School would like to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant Level 3 to support pupils in EYFS and provide cover from EYFS.

The successful applicant will join our friendly, supportive and highly performing staff team.

 

The successful candidate will:

• Fully support our Catholic ethos.

• Be an outstanding and hardworking Teaching Assistant who is committed to raising standards and supporting our children in their learning

• Have expertise of working in EYFS.

• Have experience of working in EYFS and KS1.

• Experience of supporting children with SEND and specific learning difficulties

• Be able to successfully plan and deliver small teaching groups in EYFS and KS1.

• Be creative and independent

• Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of our friendly, highly motivated staff team

• Be a fantastic team player with a good sense of fun

• Be qualified to GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent)

• Be adaptable, able to think on their feet and willing to go the extra mile
