Full Time - 37 hours

The Role

You will report into the Finance, Audit and Resources Manager and ensure the company and all of its services meet regulatory requirements and operate in line with best practice in organisational health, safety and wellbeing.
You will manage and continually develop the health and safety management system and ensure that Bolton Cares achieves and maintains its registration under BS18001 or a similar health and safety management system standard.
You will work collaboratively with Operations Managers and their teams to ensure that health and safety is everyone’s responsibility.

You will have the required qualifications (please see person specification) and relevant experience.
You will be extremely organized and be able to prioritise your workload, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Be passionate about your job and ensure this is demonstrated in your approach.
You will work inline with the company’s person centered values and you will understand the impact that your work has on our services.
Be committed to developing your own knowledge and skills and work proactively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
