The wonderfully diverse population of learners, the emphasis on professional learning for staff and the friendly atmosphere make Ladybridge an interesting and enjoyable place to work. 

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Learning Director who has both a desire to learn and to lead.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
• set a clear strategic direction and vision for teaching and learning;
• manage people effectively and help them to feel enthused about teaching Mathematics;
• be organised and able to make things happen;
• lead training to further improve teaching and learning;
• lead by example as a both a teacher and leader.

All teaching staff at Ladybridge have a generous allocation of non-contact time: typically 20%, which is double the legal minimum requirement.  Our Core Learning Directors typically have 12 periods of non-contact time, equating to 40% PPA.  This ensures that our staff have the time to carry out their role to the highest possible standard, whilst having a genuine work-life balance.
