Classroom Teacher with Teaching and Learning Responsibility 2

Salary: Qualified Teacher Range T3-T9 (£27,652-£39,406) plus TLR2
(Full-Time)      
Required From: January 2020

The Governors of this happy and successful school are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, inspiring and enthusiastic teacher to work in partnership with the Headteacher, staff and Governors to provide strategic direction and development of teaching and learning in the school.

If appointed, you will be responsible and accountable for the following areas:

• mindfulness, health and well-being (actions set out in the Behaviour and Attitudes and Personal Development sections of the School Improvement Plan)
• EYFS and KS1 Leader
• core subject leadership role
• year 2 class teacher role

You will ensure that the delivery of high quality teaching and learning is maintained.  You will also be a member of the Leadership Team.

You should be a talented and innovative classroom practitioner and be able to demonstrate experience of strong leadership and management within a primary school with a commitment to high expectations and high standards.
