If so we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivational manager to join our Extra Care team across Bolton.

It is essential that you have Extra Care or Domiciliary care experience and that you are a car driver.


As a key member of the Extra Care Management team you will lead and manage the care teams working in our extra care services and assist them to deliver support in a modern way.


You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of services, ensuring that high-quality, person centred support is delivered in accordance with individual support plans.

A core element of your job will be working alongside the Operations Manager to ensure services are compliant, deliver value for money and operate within the spirit of an Extra Care Housing model.
