We are seeking to appoint a Head of Year to work alongside a year group of learners and support them fully in terms of behaviour and attendance at this very important phase in their lives.

We are looking for an exceptional colleague with:

• A passion for ensuring that each and every learner in the year group flourishes and feels proud of his or her individual achievements

• A determination to secure and sustain exceptional behaviours and attendance

• A clear understanding of the Early Intervention agenda

• Experience of multi-agency partnerships

• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and a determination to be a highly effective practitioner.
