Essa Foundation Academies Trust are seeking to appoint an individual to assist and support our Finance team.

The Finance team play a vital role in supporting the whole of the Trust, therefore ensuring that students receive the best education.

​Working as part of a team of 4, the Finance Assistant will manage the Sales and Purchase ledger for both EFAT and any subsidiaries, take responsibility for all monthly bank reconciliations, assist on tender processes and managing contracts. They will also be responsible for producing budget reports for the budget holders.

​The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a finance role and should ideally be studying towards the AAT qualification. Study support may be available for the right candidate.

​This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team with the prospect of learning many skills within a diverse role.

​This role is 37 hours per week, on an all year round basis. The actual daily working hours will be agreed with the succesfull candidate. The salary for this role is paid at Grade D, Scale point 6 (in the range 6-11) £19171 per annum.
