Apprentice Administration Assistant (Organisational Development)
£8.45 per hour, rising to Grade 3 after 12 months
37 hours per week, permanent.

Grade:  £8.45 per hour rising to Grade 3 after 12 months
Working week: Monday - Friday Total hours per week: 37 (flexible hours)
Apprenticeship duration: 12 – 18 months
Apprenticeship level: Intermediate

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Organisational Development Team and help us administer the delivery of learning and development initiatives across the Council.This role is for someone who is organised, a good communicator, can use IT effectively and is able to work as part of a team. We provide administrative support to training officers and external providers, enabling them to deliver successful training courses.

The apprentice scheme will combine practical on the job training with theoretical learning and development. On successful completion of the Apprenticeship and subject to a Management Assessment, you will be confirmed in post on a permanent basis.
