Birtenshaw College educates students aged 19-25 with a range of special educational needs resulting from physical disability or learning disability. These include young people with moderate to severe learning disability, including Autistic Spectrum Conditions and those with a significant physical impairment or complex health needs. Some young people also present with behaviours that may be challenging.
