Hours: 28 & 21 hours permanent, 21 & 19.5 hours fixed term contract
Salary: £17,391 to £18,672 per annum plus 7% allowance

The Role:
The job involves all aspects of care which includes moving and handling as well as personal care ensuring service users dignity and wishes are at the centre of the care provided.
About You:
We seek staff with the patience, skills and knowledge and understanding to care for adults in a residential setting. Full induction training will be provided. We will offer a supportive working environment and regular supervision. You will be rewarded by excellent rates of pay.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work within one of our 3 council and NHS CQC “good” rated establishments, as part of an integtated team working alongside other professionals, including nurses, physiotherapist and social workers.
There are 4 posts available at Wilfred Geere working various hours on a permanent or Fixed term basis, on a 7 day shift basis. This attracts an additional 7% payment. The fixed term posts available are initially for a period of 6 months. Dependant on service need, the fixed term period may potentially be extended.
Casual assignments to work across any of our 3 council and NHS CQC “good” rated establishments.
Wilfred Geere provides respite care for people predominately living with dementia, staff are therefore required to assist with aspects of personal care and support with every day living needs.
Laburnum Lodge provides residential intermediate care for older people. The emphasis of our work is to maximise independence, provide rehabilitation, social and therapeutic stimulation and motivation with the aim to maintain someone living at home for as long as possible.
Darley Court provides residential/ nursing intermediate care for older people. The emphasis of our work is to maximise independence, provide rehabilitation, social and therapeutic stimulation and motivation with the aim to maintain someone living at home for as long as possible.
