The Role

The Albert Halls front of House team carries out a vital role in meeting and greeting customers to the Albert Halls venue, both to the theatre and to events taking place.

Excellent customer care, sales and numeracy skills are essential as is maintaining health and safety standards for customers and the premises.

 

About You

We are looking for individuals with a passion for the theatre and hospitality to provide a front of house support service for our diverse events and live entertainment programme.

Successful candidates will have demonstrable experience of delivering a high standard of customer care and must be able to work with minimum supervision and use their own initiative to deal with conflicting demands in a competent and efficient manner.

You must be available to work evenings and weekends.

 

About Us

The role gives you the opportunity to be part of a team working in the Grade 2 listed Albert Halls Complex which officially reopened in April 2017 following a £6.5 million upgrade. 

 

It’s meeting rooms and facilities play a pivotal role in the Council’s civic life and it has long been a place of family entertainment, performance and celebration. At the heart of the building is the 673 seat theatre and other rooms such as the Festival Hall, Lancaster Suite and meeting rooms.
