Grade 3 point 13 –17 salary £17,391 - £18,672 (pro rata), actual salary £13,996 - £15,027

The Governing Body wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Clerical Assistant to work in our very busy school office with our Senior Administrator, supporting our Business Manager and SLT.  You will be joining a well-established, committed and friendly team, who are highly dedicated to making a positive contribution to the school experience of all of our pupils.

We are looking for an outstanding professional who has extremely high expectations of themselves, who can work well as part of a team and who is willing and able to work flexibly, if required. You will be dedicated in supporting, upholding and further developing the vision and Christian ethos of our school.

The successful applicant will:

       Have a continuing positive commitment and involvement with parents, the wider community and all stakeholders

       Be proactive in fostering positive relationships

       Have excellent IT skills using a range of software programs

       Be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people

       Be able to work as part of a team, but also show initiative to work independently

       Demonstrate excellent organisational, time-management, interpersonal and communication skills

       Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills

       Be committed to high standards of presentation, with attention to detail

       Convey a ‘can do’ attitude and present as an effective team player to secure successful outcomes for school

       Be able to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality

       Have the ability to plan and prioritise own workload and meet deadlines

       Awareness and adherence to Data Protection law.
