Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:45 - 15:15

The Governors are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Clerical Assistant/First Aider to join our successful School. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a positive attitude and plenty of enthusiasm, who is able to work under pressure and use their own initiative. Sound word-processing skills, ICT competency and a good telephone manner are essential.
 

The post holder will be expected to provide high quality administrative support for staff and parents in order to promote pupil wellbeing and the five outcomes of Every Child Matters.

We are looking for:
• Experience of general clerical and administrative work
• Possession of good numeracy and literacy skills (A minimum of grade C in both English and Maths or equivalent is essential)
• Willingness to undertake minor first aid training
• Have a good understanding of and the ability to use relevant technology, for example, a photocopier
• Possession of good keyboard and computer skills
• Willingness to participate in development and training opportunities
• Have a good understanding of and the ability to use relevant software, for example, SIM’s
