School Business Manager
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 doe and qualifications
Hours: 35 per week

Reporting to: Head of HR and Business Support
Responsible for: Administration and support staff, facilities management staff
Raise Education and Wellbeing school is an independent special school, special 6th form and alternative education provision. It is part of Raise the Youth Foundation CIC, not for profit social enterprise delivering education, training and youth and community programmes.
We are looking for an experienced School Business Manger who shares our ethos and values of providing a compassionate mindfulness and trauma informed education provision for children and young people with complex needs.
Our curriculum intent is brought alive by our multi-disciplinary approach. Team members are drawn from a diverse range of professional backgrounds, including education, social care, health, substance misuse, criminal justice and youth work.
Our business support team currently consists of our Director of Finance, Head of HR & Business Support, Assistant HR Advisor, Financial Controller and finance assistant, administrators and caretaking and cleaning team..
