Joseph’s RC Primary School are seeking to appoint a Main Scale Class teacher to
work within KS1.

We are looking for someone who is an outstanding
classroom teacher and exemplary practitioner who:
Has experience of teaching in Key stage one
with high expectations and standards
Makes effective use
of assessment for learning to support sustained and effective progress for all
pupils
Is able to work collaboratively and flexibly
in a team situation
Can demonstrate the drive and skills to raise
standards of pupil’s attainment and achievement
Has excellent classroom and personal skills
Can continue to build and maintain effective
relationships with the school and its’ community and partners
Is confident and enthusiastic about teaching. dedicated
to the high expectations, successful outcomes and social well-being of every
child in the school
Can demonstrate leading a subject area across the school
Be welcoming and willing to encourage a strong partnership with parents and the
community
Be positive and have an inclusive attitude
Be happy to play a full part in the life of the school
