Location: 22 Queens Street, Bolton, BL1 1EZ

The Role:
Working in a busy office environment, you will actively monitor contracts for car park management, civil parking enforcement, on-street parking management and bailiff services.

You will operate a framework for monitoring contract performance which includes the identification of sub-standard performance, contract breaches/contract non-compliance and identifies areas for development and change.

You will carryout a continuous programme of inspections to ensure contractual standards are being achieved and that a quality service is being delivered. You will also manage the Processing software used within Parking Services.  

About You:
With a demonstrable understanding of Contract & Quality Monitoring, and excellent all-round communication skills, you’ll review and ensure that the contracted third parties are achieving the SLA/Targets set by Parking Services.

You will be a team player and ensure the department is able to respond to the ever changing demands of the Parking industry.

You are also highly IT literate and will be able to oversee the Civil Parking Enforcement processing IT system and assist with the smooth running of the department.
