Salary: £17, 391 - £18, 672
Hours: 2 posts at 37 per week & 1 post at 18.5 per week

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who is a good team player. The successful applicant should be person-centred, have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise and problem-solve and have the ability to work both independently and as part of the team. You may be required to assist with emergency deliveries or collections and be willing to complete Portable Appliance Testing training. 

The post holder will provide an essential service across the borough of Bolton to disabled and vulnerable service users with the aim of maintaining their independence and safety in their own homes. Responsibilities include stock checks, general store duties including store tidiness and safety, processing and receipting new stock as it is delivered, raising discrepancies as necessary and maintain computerised records. All returned equipment is decontaminated and reissued or disposed of  following outlined policies and procedures. 

The Integrated Community Equipment Service provides an essential service delivering and collecting disability and medical equipment across the Borough to disabled and vulnerable service users with the aim of maintaining their independence and safety in their own homes. The team consists of a Manager, Coordinator, Store keepers, Driver/Fitters and Administration staff, we operate a seven day service with weekends and bank holidays covered by Driver/Fitters. 

This post is a designated customer facing role under the fluency duty and requires a specified level of spoken English as per the person specification.
