The role involves working with people to help them live more independently at home by supporting them to undertake daily living tasks and maintain their home within an Extra Care environment. Extra Care is a community setting where individuals occupy their own flats with an on site care team available to provide emergency response and planned care.

Key duties will include personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, meal preparation and light domestic duties.  We also aim to improve the social inclusion of our residents.

You will ensure at all times that peoples needs are at the heart of everything we do and the provision of support is delivered in accordance with these needs and in line with person centred support plans.
