Learning Support Assistant Level 2
Grade 4 (£18,672 to £20,141pro rata)
Fixed term 35 hours per week/Term Time Only.
Start time 8am finish time varies.

St. Joseph’s RC Primary School is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant (Level 2).
The post is 35 hours per week. The successful applicant will be effective, organised, enjoy working with children and is someone who can work well with other members of staff.
As well as having proven experience of working with primary aged children, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the patience, commitment and passion to work with pupils, have high expectations for their attainment and development, a customer focussed attitude, personal integrity and professionalism, and the willingness to work flexibly to meet the demands of a continuously improving organisation.
You will need to have strong communication skills and be able to easily build rapport with children as well as demonstrating resilience, persistence and the ability to discover and implement those strategies which best engage pupils in their learning.
