Bolton Cares is the largest provider of social care in Bolton. We are seeking to recruit an experienced & innovative leader for our Supported Living Service, to support both existing provision and new developments.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual with the passion and confidence to lead and develop teams, supporting continuous service improvement across our Supported Living schemes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with drive, passion and a determination to succeed. Working as a member of the Bolton Cares team you will strive to create a positive, open and 'can do' culture. We would particularly welcome applications from individuals with backgrounds in autism, mental health and/or change management. If you can inspire teams and individuals to fulfil their potential and to provide high quality, person-centred support, then this is the role for you. 

£28,486 per year plus on-call allowance & a 6% employer pension contribution

Pay award for 18/19 pending
