Development Technician (Career Grade)

Salary: Grade C Scp 4 £18,426 to Grade D Scp 11 £21,166
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Bolton Town Hall

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for Development Technician to work in a very busy Development Management Team.  The successful applicant will be required to register planning /building control applications and enforcement complaints.  You will be required to have excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines. 

About You:

Outgoing, efficient and a can do attitude, the ideal candidate will be experienced in working within a legislative environment, be an enthusiastic and effective team player.  Have excellent communication skills and have experience of working within a  planning/ building control function.

This post is a designated customer facing role under the fluency duty and requires a specified level of spoken English as per the person specification.
