College Support Level 1

Woodbridge College opened its doors to support post 19 students from the Bolton area in September 2018. Due to increasing numbers the College has moved to new premises in September 2019 and is now based at Woodbridge College, Kearsley Centre, Springfield Rd, Kearsley, Bolton BL4 8LB.

The College is part of Woodbridge Trust and therefore works closely with schools in the Academy Trust. These are Firwood High School and Ladywood School and Outreach Service, a National Teaching School. 

We are looking to appoint outstanding College Support Staff who are passionate about supporting and teaching pupils with a range of special educational needs.

Applicants should be enthusiastic about the development of their skills to work effectively with students with special educational needs and a desire to better their knowledge and understanding of an area within this forum. 

We require College Support Staff who are prepared to ‘go the extra mile’ for our very special young adults.

Contract:  Part Time and permanent.
Start Date:  1st September 2020
Salary:  Grade D, Point 6-11 -  £14,294 - £15,782 per annum, actual salary
Working Pattern: Part Time, 32.5 hrs per week, Term Time + 5 days
