To provide an effective and efficient systems support to users of Information Management systems and other associated departmental management information systems through liaison with other officers, ICT and Education and Social Care Service providers.

To offer support and advice to section heads and staff in the use of Information Management systems to support management information, administration and raising standards in the departments and its partners services.  

You will be a team player and able to demonstrate a good understanding of information management with a positive “can do” approach to your work and excellent all-round communication skills. You will be approachable and able to provide a support service to the users of our information systems.

You will join the team at an exciting time when the service is seeking to develop it’s existing systems as we look to better meet the needs of the department. You will play a vital role in the continued development of information systems. You will have the ability to write database queries to extract information for the production of management information.
