Salary:  Grade 4 £17, 736.00
Hours of Work 30 per week

The Role involves: 

·         Working with people with complex needs and disabilities.

·         Helping them live more independently and undertake life enhancing activities.

·         Ensure people’s needs are at the heart of everything you do.

·         Work with care managers and health colleagues to implement and support therapy plans.

You will ensure at all times that peoples needs are at the heart of everything we do and the provision of support is delivered in accordance with these needs and in line with person centred plans. One of our priorities for this job role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own.

Our Day Service Team delivers high quality, compassionate care and support to help local people live better lives including mental health diagnosis, autism, learning disability, physical disability and acquired brain injury.
