Bolton Lads & Girls Club is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Assistant to support the Clubs External Funding Manager to help to deliver our ambitious plans for the future. 

 

The successful candidate will support the delivery of our highly professional pre funding award and post funding award activity, which will include identifying and securing funding sources to fund both existing and new areas of the Clubs offer. In addition to effective research, small bid development and submission, this also includes supporting post award functions such as timely claims submissions and grant monitoring/reporting. 

 

The External Funding team consists of the External Funding Manager, and the External Funding Assistant. The team sit within the wider Professional Support Services function within the organisation.  You will have excellent written skills, be articulate and be fully IT literate. Whilst previous bid preparation / reporting experience is desirable we are keen to hear from very organised, methodical individuals with an eye for detail and a passion for writing.
