Bolton Lads & Girls Club is looking for an ambitious and results driven individual to lead and contract manage our National Citizen Service programme. With a reputation for delivery high quality and excellence, we are looking for a dynamic, astute, energetic and creative people leader to drive our successful NCS Programme across Bolton & Warrington. The role requires a rare combination of strengths in people motivation and management, detailed process management along with a natural sales flair and ability to achieve.
