Shift Pattern: Term Time Only - 4 days Monday -Thursday
Location: Forward Centre Pupil Referral Unit
Essential Requirements: Qualification NVQ Level 2 Food and Preparation and Cooking Level 2 Food Safety

The Role

The overall management of a school catering operation, monitoring and controlling the catering service to ensure that quality and consistency of service are maintained at all times.

About You

Great practical skills are essential for this hands on role. You will need to be determined, energetic with great organisational skills, used to cooking for large numbers and ideally have a school catering background with an understanding of portion control, budgets and ordering. This role is based within a pupil referral unit, working with customers who are likely to have emotional and behavioural difficulties and requires a candidate that will embrace this opportunity.
