Teaching Assistant Level 4 Outreach Service

 

Ladywood School is a primary special school for pupils with complex learning difficulties. There are currently 107 pupils on roll.  Ladywood is designated as a National Teaching School and is commissioned by Bolton LA to offer an Outreach Service to all mainstream schools.

 

Ladywood has been judged as an outstanding school by OFSTED on 3 consecutive occasions, most recently in January 2016.

Ladywood is at an exciting time in its development. We have recently completed a large building project which has provided us with fantastic new facilities and increased our capacity to 130. We are also in the process of applying to form a multi academy trust which will cement our ongoing partnership with Firwood High School in Bolton.

 

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly Outreach Team supporting children with SEN in all phases of mainstream schools across Bolton.  If you are enthusiastic, share our values and have a commitment to the highest quality provision for pupils with SEN then Ladywood is the place for you!

 

Candidates must hold a relevant qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), have a full driving licence and access to a car for work use.

 

This post is permanent 32.5 hours (term time only + 5 days).

 

Salary: Grade 7 Point 29 – 33 £19348 - £21862 per annum (Actual Salary)

Plus Essential Car User Allowance
