Job Title – Accounts Receivable Administrator

Team – Accounts Receivable and Overpayments

Hours – 37 per week

Grade C, scp4 £23,114 to scp6 £23,893 per annum

Contract – Permanent

 

The Role

 

Working in a busy Revenues Office, you’ll be involved in maintaining customer records, raising invoices, and helping to maximise the collection of sundry debts for a range of council services. You’ll play a key part in training new employees in the role and testing relevant systems. You will also have a role in dealing with enquiries from customers. You will need to have knowledge of Microsoft packages, to provide statistics, write letters and produce statement of accounts to customers.
